INTRODUCTION
This course is designed to introduce concepts of the Internet, and how to develop a web site to go on the Internet.

OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course students or General Readers should be able to:
  1. Understand and explain the infrastructure and data transfer mechanism of the internet
  2. Be able to construct a web-site with XHTML and JavaScript components using a simple text editor
  3. Evaluate website performances and usability
